About the School

Through Architecture the school offers the art and science of planning, designing, and engineering large structures and buildings aimed at optimum utilization of space. The department has been provided with an independent building with the entire necessary infrastructure as per COA norms. The department has a state of art independent library the department, exclusively for architecture students. The School of Architecture is guided by eminent faculty members, experienced subject specialists, and Practicing Architects. Highly qualified faculties from renowned institutions frequently visit as guest speakers from industry & Academia.

PEO1: PREPARATION

To provide students with sound fundamentals in Mathematical, Scientific, and Engineering fundamentals necessary to formulate, analyze, and also to combine fundamental knowledge of engineering principles with modern techniques to solve realistic, unstructured problems that arise in the field of engineering and non-engineering efficiently and cost-effectively.

PEO2: CORE COMPETENCE

To apply critical reasoning, quantitative, qualitative, designing, and programming skills, to identify, solve problems and analyze the experimental evaluations, and finally make appropriate decisions, and to enhance the techniques in problem-solving abilities in professional engineering practice for a wide variety of technical applications, including the design and usage of modern tools for improvement in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering.

PEO3: PROFESSIONALISM

To broaden knowledge to establish themselves as creative practicing professionals, locally and globally, to pursue lifelong learning by successfully participating in postgraduate or any other professional program for continuous improvement which is a requisite for a successful engineer to become a leader in the workforce or educational sector

PEO4: SKILL

To provide Industry based training for developing professional skills and soft skills such as proficiency in languages, technical communication, verbal, logic, analytical, comprehension, team building, interpersonal relationship, group discussion, and leadership skills to become a better professional.

To apply the ethical and social aspects of modern Engineering and Technology innovations to the design, development, and usage of new products, systems, gadgets, devices, etc.

PO 1: Engineering Knowledge:

Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, and an engineering specialization to the solution of complex engineering problems.

PO 2: Problem Analysis:

Identify, formulates, research literature, and analyze engineering problems to arrive at substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural, and engineering sciences.

PO 3: Design/development of Solutions:

Design solutions for complex engineering problems and design system components, and processes to meet the specifications with consideration for the public health and safety, and the cultural, societal, and environmental considerations.

Education in Architecture and design in the current century is evolving at a rapid pace. It will look very different from what it looked like a decade ago. Increasingly, students and family members are realizing high design research projects in collaboration with professionals, public entries, and partners from the industry. More and more, these collaborative enterprises have begun to challenge designers to further enhance their ability to integrate a diverse and often unfamiliar array of skills and knowledge.

Here at Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, we strive to be at the forefront of changes that will enable the best and brightest students to pursue entrepreneurial initiatives, lead creative terms, and accelerate innovation. Through design research, we aim to bring about healthy sustainable communities, drive advancement in building technology, and connect our research with industry to create new economic opportunities for the citizens of this country, state, the region, and beyond. The experience here builds the foundations of the independent person, cultivating understanding through demanding educational and life experiences.
